Booking Policy
DEPOSITS are required IMMEDIATELY after booking.
If your install includes any lace application such as frontals/closures/wigs please drop your hair off with the name you booked with labeled on packaging too (5825 sw 68th st Miami fl 33143 SUITE 1) at least 48 hrs prior to your appointment.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. After 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be canceled and you will be considered a no call- no show. Deposits are non-refundable. When scheduling again, the full payment will be required at the time the appointment is made.
Please leave a note when you book if you will want anything extra such as curls, excessive cutting, extra bundle install (anything after 3 bundles), etc.... (anything extra is an extra cost, the cost will be communicated with your prior to your appointment)
NO EXTRA COMPANY/KIDS *this includes my family&friends as well.
Hair needs to be cleaned, dried, detangled & free of any type of oils before you arrive at your appointment or you will be charged an extra wash fee or possibly denied service (depending on my time frame).
NO PHONES PLEASE (while being serviced).
I do not touch up bond- ins after 1 1/2 months & sew ins after 2 1/2 months, I recommend a new install for your own health.

WALK-INS are not guaranteed every day & are operated by a first come first serve basis, meaning only when a spot is open due to last minute cancellations, install time change, no show, or extended holiday hours.
